Fill Program
If you had LAP-BAND® System surgery in another city or another country you may wish to stay closer to home for your adjustments and follow up. In order to meet this need, we offer a LAP-BAND® System Adjustment Program.
This program includes:
- An initial consultation with a bariatric surgeon.
- Esophogram (Barium Swallow).
- Band adjustment if surgeon determines it clinically appropriate.
- 3 one-hour behavior modification/nutrition consultations over a 3 month period.
- Participation in all our support groups and additional classes and ongoing educational events.
- Additional adjustments with esophogram and follow up visits will be scheduled according to the individual patients needs. We recommend follow up visits at least once a year.
Note:
The behavior modification/nutrition consultations are strongly recommended for your long term success but may not be appropriate for everyone.
Requirements:
- Band type must be Bioenterics, Inamed or Allergan
- Presentation of documentation of band type including size at initial consultation
- All new patients are required to have an initial consultation and esophogram in order to establish themselves as a patient with our practice.
